Titanium Grade 5 is a high-performance titanium alloy formed by adding aluminum and vanadium to titanium, offering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance. Its tensile strength rivals that of ordinary steel, yet its density is only about 57% of steel, making it an ideal material for components requiring both lightweight construction and high load-bearing capacity.
