Carbon Steel AISI 1020 is a low-carbon steel with better strength, toughness, and machinability compared to Carbon Steel 1010. It retains good formability and weldability while remaining relatively low-cost. It is commonly used in mechanical manufacturing, structural components, and conventional CNC machining.
